For moms like us, it’s often a struggle to get kids to eat and to snack healthy. In my case, nothing can get my temper racing more quickly than leftover greens on my kids’ plates. But rather than scold them into eating their fruits and vegetables, I find that being creative works much nicer.

For those of you who are smoothie fans like myself, you can probably relate to me when I say that the main drawback of serving smoothies, at least for me, is that I tend to stick to what works. I find myself serving the same recipe over and over. After a while, the kids get tired of the same old flavor, and the enthusiasm for this healthy drink dips lower and lower.
